Kwara Govt Reaffirms Commitment to Health Workers’ Welfare
The Kwara State Government has reaffirmed its commitment to the welfare, professional development and wellbeing of medical doctors and other healthcare professionals in the state. The Commissioner for Finance, Dr Hauwa Nuru, gave the assurance when the newly inaugurated executive of the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA), Kwara State Branch, paid her a courtesy visit at her office in Ilorin. Dr Nuru said Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s administration places a high premium on the contributions of medical doctors and other health workers to the wellbeing and development of the state. She stressed that their sacrifices and professional contributions are deeply valued.
