Commissioner commends NASSCO for Being Proactive on Data Population
The State Commissioner for Planning and Economic Development, Dr. Mary Arinde has commended the proactivess of the National Social Safety-Net Coordinating Office (NASSCO), in populating the social register of the poor and vulnerable people in the state. The Commissioner gave the commendation yesterday when she visited the management team of NASCCO, at its GRA Office in Ilorin, the state capital. She expressed satisfaction with the activities of the agency, on the collation of data of the poor, noting that the populated register would assist the state government tremendously in its planning efforts for the less privileged, in the state. Dr. Arinde noted that NASSCO, has been rendering a great service to the poor and vulnerable in the state, urging the Project Coordinator to sustain the tempo.
