KWARA STATE GOVERNMENT PRESENTS 10 MOTOR BIKES TO THE STATE ROAD SATEFY MANAGEMENT AGENCY

The Kwara State Government has presented 10 brand new motor bikes to the State Road Traffic management agency ( KWARTMA) for efficient road monitoring.

   The Permanent Secretary Establishment in the Office of the State Head of Service,Alh Mohammed Ibrahim Mohammed presented the motor bikes to the Ag. Chief Executive Officer of the Agency, Egnr. Michael Bamidele at the Governor's, Ilorin on Monday.

    He acknowledged the efforts of the State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazak at turning the State roads into one of the safest in the country.

    The Permanent Secretary disclosed that the Governor has invested lots of money in the Agency since assuming office ,to put it in proper shape for effective management of road safety in the State.

    Mohammed expressed the determination of the Governor to turn the State roads into one of the most safest in the country adding that the four Mistibushi vans had recently been handed over to the Management of the Agency to ease its operation.

    He noted that ensuring an accident Free roads in the State would further attract Investors and also increase the revenue generation of the State.

   The Permanent Secretary therefore, charged the Management of KWARTMA to strive harder to ensure that the objective of the Governor on road safety was achieved.

    The Ag. Chief Executive Officer of the Agency, Engr. Michael Bamidele in his remark, commended the Governor for his commitment and quick response towards the repositioning of the Agency.

   He revealed that the Governor had in addition to the new vehicles and motor bikes purchased for the Agency, resuscitated grounded vehicles for effective road traffic monitoring operation across the State.

   Bamidele disclosed that Kwara State now ranked third amongst the most safest States in the country and pledged that the new bikes would boost its operation of making the State an accident Free one.

KWASSIP Opens Application Portal for Kwapreneur 5.0

Common Entrance Materials: KWSG Directs JSS Principals, Headteachers of PPS To Report for Collection

The Kwara State Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development has directed all Principals of Junior Secondary Schools and Head-Teachers of all Public Primary Schools across the state to report at the Quality Assurance Bureau Zonal Offices in their area for the collection of Placement Examination (Common Entrance Examination) registration materials as from Monday 1st July, 2024. In a statement issued by the Ministry today in Ilorin, all Private Primary Schools are to come to the  Quality Assurance Bureau Headquarter's office, Ilorin, for their pupils registration of Placement Examination (Common Entrance Examination) materials with evidence of payment of their taxes.
