Ministry Inaugurates Health Quality Assurance Team

As part of her efforts to promote global standard practice in the health sector, the Kwara State Ministry of Health has inaugurated its Quality Assurance Monitoring Team today at the ministry’s headquarters, Ilorin. 

Inaugurating the team, the Kwara State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Amina Ahmed El-lmam, stated that the team is tasked with the crucial responsibility of monitoring and evaluating service delivery across both public and private healthcare facilities within the state.

Dr. El-lmam emphasized the pivotal role of Quality Assurance Team in upholding and enhancing service standard throughout the state's healthcare system. 

She thereafter charged the newly inaugurated officers to demonstrate unwavering dedication and professionalism in their duties, aiming to elevate the quality of healthcare services across board.

Dr. El-lmam urged the team to conduct thorough assessments and provide accurate data to inform decision-making processes, thereby advancing the vision of delivering top-notch healthcare services in the State. 

Highlighting the commitment of the present administration to healthcare services, Dr. El-lmam reiterated that Mallam AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq has prioritized impactful healthcare programs and remains steadfast in his support for further initiatives in the sector.

Expressing gratitude for the opportunity to serve, Dr. Stephen Arigidi, the appointed team lead, assured the management of the team's dedication and pledged to fulfill their responsibilities with excellence.
