KWASAA DISTRIBUTES DEMAND NOTICE IN OFFA METROPOLIS

The Kwara State Signage and Advertisment Agency (KWASAA) has begun the distribution of demand notice in Offa Local Government Area as part of its effort to capture all the signage revenues for the 2024 fiscal year.

The distribution of the demand notice is a major aspect of the Agency's duty to avoid any signage revenue loss across the sixteen local government Areas of the State.

The Secretary of the Kwara State Signage and Advertisement Agency (KWASAA), Mallam Kuranga Yero who reiterated the Agency's commitment to revenue generation, warned all the field officers to stay away from acts capable of tarnishing the image of the Agency. 

He charged them to see themselves as ambassadors of the Agency and the Kwara State government whenever they were performing their duties as staff of the Agency. 

The head of the field officers, Mr Ibrahim kio Habeeb disclosed that the distribution began from Owode market,  Olofa way and Oritamerin, among other areas in Offa metropolis.

Kwara State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) said applicants for the public school teaching jobs can now check the results of the CBT done earlier on Saturday.  TESCOM Chairman Mallam Bello Taoheed said all the applicants who sat the test can access their results on the portal. "This is the first step after the exams. The Commission will soon release the cutoffs that would determine the candidates who proceed to the interview stage, among other things," he said. "At the end of the CBT, a total of 8,529 sat and completed the exam across the centres. The breakdowns are as follows: COED Ilorin, 2,891; Ilorin West LGA, 1,991; UNILORIN, 1,677; Lafiagi, 812; Offa, 586; Oko, 297; Patigi, 275. A total of 9,459 applicants had been invited for the CBT across the seven centres. The remaining applicants did not show up for the exercise. Breaking: TESCOM adjusts job interview schedule

Kwara TESCOM thanks job applicants as recruitment process enters final lap
