KWSG REITERATES COMMITMENT TO STAFF TRAINING

The Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq  has continuesd to reaffirm his unwavering commitment to enhancing the skills and capabilities of workers in the State. This commitment is driven by the Governor's vision to boost the morale and efficiency of workers.

The Kwara State Commissioner for Finance, Dr. (Mrs.) Hauwa Nuru stated this yesterday during the inauguration of a two-days in-house capacity development training where she underscored the importance of staff training. The training was organized by the Ministry of Finance and conducted at the Ministry's Conference room.

Dr. Nuru stressed that one cannot overstate the significance of training and encouraged all staff members to engage in these opportunities to reap the desired benefits wholeheartedly. She highlighted the enduring commitment of the current administration to prioritize training and re-training of employees.

She commended the entire Ministry staff for their discipline and dedication to personal and professional development. 

 The Commissioner stressed the timeliness of the in-house training, noting that it is essential to enhance the skills of all employees, thus bolstering service delivery.

Dr. Nuru lauded Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq as a providential leader for the people of Kwara State and called on civil servants to stand by him in advancing the State to greater heights.

In his remarks, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mall. Folorunsho Abdulrasaq, further emphasized the necessity for staff to bolster their intellectual and psychological capacities to align with the present administration's policy objectives effectively. He urged the participants to approach their training with unwavering commitment to maximize its benefits.

The commitment to staff training remains a cornerstone of the Kwara State Government's approach to fostering a highly skilled and efficient workforce, he said.
