*Towoju celebrates Iyalode of Ayedun on birth anniversary*

The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has felicitated the Iyalode of Ayedun Kingdom, Chief (Mrs.) Alice Ayodele Olatoye, on the occasion of her 71st birthday.

In a statement, Towoju described Iyalode Ayedun as a true mother and a thoughtful leader who has been using her wisdom and selflessness to bring progress and development to her community and Kwara State. 

"I heartily rejoice with our very own Iyalode of Ayedun Kingdom today.
We are very proud of you. We pray that the glory of God will never depart from your life," the statement added. 

Towoju prayed for the celebrant to live long in happiness and good health and he prayed that God's peace will continue to reign in Ayedun land and Kwara State.

KWASSIP Opens Application Portal for Kwapreneur 5.0

The Kwara State Social Investment Programme (KWASSIP) is excited to announce the opening of the online application portal for the fifth edition of the Kwapreneur initiative (Kwapreneur 5.0). Under the visionary leadership of His Excellency Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Kwara State Government launched the Kwapreneur program as a strategic effort to empower industrious and innovative young entrepreneurs across the state. Common Entrance Materials: KWSG Directs JSS Principals, Headteachers of PPS To Report for Collection

The Kwara State Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development has directed all Principals of Junior Secondary Schools and Head-Teachers of all Public Primary Schools across the state to report at the Quality Assurance Bureau Zonal Offices in their area for the collection of Placement Examination (Common Entrance Examination) registration materials as from Monday 1st July, 2024. In a statement issued by the Ministry today in Ilorin, all Private Primary Schools are to come to the  Quality Assurance Bureau Headquarter's office, Ilorin, for their pupils registration of Placement Examination (Common Entrance Examination) materials with evidence of payment of their taxes.
