*Gov. Abdulrazaq's achievements unmatched - Towoju*

The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has submitted that the efforts the state government is exerting in ensuring that the standard of living of Kwarans is drastically improved is unmatched in the history of the state.

Towoju made this assertion while on a live programme on a radio station in the state today.

He lauded the "Exceptional Governor" of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for being a "silent achiever" who performs his duties and responsibilities without neglect.

Speaking on the recent payment of the NBC license fee, Towoju stated that the state government paid ₦10 million out of the money in September last year and had proceeded to pay the remaining ₦22.5 million debt last week.

According to him, "Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has clearly showcased that he is indeed an Exceptional Governor through paying the debts accumulated by the previous administration since 2006.

"His Excellency has been doing everything possible to maintain the mantra, "Ise n lo," and does not want anything to mar his good deeds, thereby placing utmost priorities on matters of the state," he submitted.

On the issue of some social media users accusing the government of accumulating debt, Towoju emphasized that it is all "gimmicks and propaganda by the opposition," stressing that the "current administration has been paying debts accumulated by the past governments.

"Our administration is noted for its evidence-based works, and every Kwaran can confirm that we are indeed operating on fair grounds," he concluded.
