Towoju congratulates newly-inaugurated Kwara APC Excos

The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has charged the newly-inaugurated state executive members of the Kwara State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to stay united without allowing any seed of discord to be sown among them, while working unanimously in leading the party to its desired zenith.

Towoju disclosed this in a congratulatory message made available to press men in his office today.

"I congratulate the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, for birthing his new "party foot soldiers" who will ensure that the work given to them is done victoriously.

"I also congratulate the father of the day, the Chairman of APC in Kwara State, Prince Sunday Fagbemi, for his "new brothers and sisters" who, together, will work together in achieving the goals of this wonderful ruling party.

"Lastly, to the new executive members of the Kwara APC, I say a huge congratulations. You have all been carefully chosen by the party and I am sure you will not let the party down. We trust your ability to take our party higher and I know you will not fail in delivering your responsibilities.

"We count on you and please, do not let anybody come in-between you. Stick together like a broom, like our logo signifies, and sweep away all detractors and rumour-mongers because united we stand, divided we fall.

"This party is already the envy of other parties and very soon, lies may be cooked up, just to distract you. Please, never look back," Towoju charged.

He lauded the administration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for delivering on its mandate of the provision of
potable water to the nooks and crannies of the state, basic education, gender mainstreaming, workers' welfare, quality and affordable health care, and other laudable projects.

The statement prayed that God should guide the new excos and help them to succeed in their aspirations of moving the State Chapter of the APC forward while also urging eligible voters to exercise their franchise by obtaining their Permanent Voter's Cards (PVCs) ahead of the 2023 elections.
