Kwara State Government has charged the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), to intensify efforts at addressing issues of fake and substandard drugs and food, to enhance healthy living of the people. The State Commissioner for Health, Dr Amina Ahmed El-Imam, who gave the charge today in her office, while receiving the State Coordinator of the Agency, urged them to ensure compliance with standard with the aim of checkmating the activities of herbal producers.
