Youth Commissioner Tasks Corps Members' on Punctuality, Dedication to Duties

The Kwara State Commissioner for Youth Development, Amb. Ndanusa Usman Shehu has tasked Corp members to show high level of dedication, discipline and punctuality in the discharge of their responsibilities.

The Commissioner who stated this during a meeting with the Corps Members in the conference room of the Ministry today in Ilorin, noted that corps members are expected to be role models and ambassadors of positive change, especially in a Ministry that plays key roles in youth development and empowerment.

"The NYSC is a vital platform that not only promotes national unity, but also equips young Nigerians with valuable leadership skills and work ethics. I encourage you all to be punctual, committed and take your duties and assignments seriously, " the Commissioner submitted. 

The Commissioner applauded the State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON, for his dedication and commitment to making sure that Corps Members in the State are well taken care of and receive utmost care in their various places of primary assignments.

He further encouraged them to see their service year as an opportunity to acquire practical skills and build lasting networks that would benefit their future careers.
