KWSG to synergize with FIC -Towoju


The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has restated the government's commitment to synergize with its Federal Government counterparts in fostering and aiding the development of the state. 

Towoju made this submission while playing host to the staff of the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture Ilorin Centre  in his office today. 

He urged the visiting journalists to bring to the fore the achievements of the government and project the good image of the government to the people while promising the government's support. 

In his words, " Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has been making my job easy as a commissioner because I am always proud to stand before people and talk about the achievements this government has recorded in just three years.  

"I am glad that our people are also seeing these unprecedented feats and I can assure you that the government is also willing to do more," he said. 

Speaking on the road projects embarked upon by the government, Towoju said that the administration of Mallam Abdulrazaq will not stop until all bad roads in the state are done. 

Earlier in her remarks, the Head of Centre of the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture, Hajia Bilqees  Oladimeji, applauded the administration of Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for the laudable projects visible all over the state. 

She urged the state government to co-opt Federal Ministry of Information staff   in future capacity building sessions, pointing out that they are one with the government and she called for more support from the state government. 

The Head of Centre also praised the wife of the governor of Kwara State  Amb. Dr. Olufolake Abdulrazaq, for being passionate about women empowerment and for effectively lifting Kwara women out of the scourge of poverty.
