The people of the community were led by the traditional head of the community, Magaji Salaudeen Akanni, who came in company of the Youth leader, the chairman of the health committee for the community, a post-graduate community health practitioner, Hajia Hafsah Titilayo Haruna amongst others.

The Magaji showered encomium on the administration of Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and appreciated the role of the ministry in ensuring that the hospital project of the community becomes a reality.

The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Dr. Abubakar Ayinla,  in company of some of the directors and deputy directors of the Ministry received the delegation.

Dr Ayinla charged the community representatives to ensure that the health facility is put into appropriate use in order to meet the objectives of providing hospital equipment to such pockets of undeserved communities thereby minimising need for accessing health care in the city to referral purposes only.

Also speaking during the visit, Hajia Hafsah, on behalf of her fellow post graduate public health practitioners, appreciated the role of the state government in ensuring the completion of the facility and provision of the required basic hospital equipment that will support essential health care service delivery and reduce visits to the city.
