ESV. Sulyman confirmed that, the on going building construction is not in line with the approved permit, further construction therefore not granted by the authority concerned, and so, the building is regarded as illegal.

Addressing the press, the Chairman noted that, "the construction was an eye sore, considering the standard of materials used and the fact that the owner did not obtain proper approval."

Sulyman however warned that, "if this was not averted at this stage of construction, the unfortunate might occur, in which the current administration has zero tolerance for building collapse. May God forbid."
