Commissioner felicitates Anthony Towoju on birth anniversary

The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has described Barrister Anthony Kayode Towoju as a dedicated and committed Kwaran on the occasion of his birthday celebration.

In a statement, Towoju commended the two -time Commissioner who had served in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministry of Youth Development respectively.

He rejoiced with him for witnessing another glorious year on earth and prayed to God to lengthen the years of the elder statesman. 

In his words, "Barrister Anthony Kayode Towoju is a God-fearing and hard-working brother. He is a true Kwaran who does his job diligently. When he was the Chairman of my local government in Oke-Ero, we witnessed a positive turn around in our communities. 

" He is peace-loving, friendly and ever smiling. It is my greatest prayer that everything he lays his hands upon will prosper and that Kwara State will continue to benefit from his wisdom," the Commissioner added. 

Towoju prayed for God to grant the celebrant sound health and peace of mind and he called on the people of Kwara State to continue living harmoniously even as the next elections draw near.

KWASSIP Opens Application Portal for Kwapreneur 5.0

The Kwara State Social Investment Programme (KWASSIP) is excited to announce the opening of the online application portal for the fifth edition of the Kwapreneur initiative (Kwapreneur 5.0). Under the visionary leadership of His Excellency Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Kwara State Government launched the Kwapreneur program as a strategic effort to empower industrious and innovative young entrepreneurs across the state. Common Entrance Materials: KWSG Directs JSS Principals, Headteachers of PPS To Report for Collection

The Kwara State Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development has directed all Principals of Junior Secondary Schools and Head-Teachers of all Public Primary Schools across the state to report at the Quality Assurance Bureau Zonal Offices in their area for the collection of Placement Examination (Common Entrance Examination) registration materials as from Monday 1st July, 2024. In a statement issued by the Ministry today in Ilorin, all Private Primary Schools are to come to the  Quality Assurance Bureau Headquarter's office, Ilorin, for their pupils registration of Placement Examination (Common Entrance Examination) materials with evidence of payment of their taxes.
